28th – 01st March: Cromwell & Brigthon
Cromwell is not really interesting apart from the fact that Rick went to the Barber shop there and the camping was not really cozy.
We wanted to spend the next night at St Bathans, which is beautiful (blue lakes from Goldmining) but there we bees everywhere so we left.
Odd: We had a drink at the Vulcan hotel there. They say it is haunted but the owner told me that the ghost is a lovely lady and she, most of the times, hangs around room 1 (you would only see her shadows – so nothing to worry).
We camped somewhere near Ophir (nothing special there but a good camping where we got a discount - whoop whoop)
The next day we went direction Dunedin and stayed at very nice freedom camping right at the beach.
We are currently in Dunedin. I will add the pictures another day ... we need to prepare for the rugby game tonight (4th march)
